After your order has been despatched, an despatch confirmation email will be sent enclosing your tracking number. Customers can track the delivery of their order by entering this tracking number into the couriers websites, as found in the above table.
We aim to dispatch orders placed with Planet Gizmo before 2.00pm Monday to Friday the same day, subject to stock and payment clearance. Orders placed with Planet Gizmo after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed with Planet Gizmo over weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day, subject to stock and payment clearance.
